Return – Cancellation

You have the right to return the products you bought and request it
replace them in the following cases:

1. In case you have chosen the wrong shoe size .

2. In the event that the wrong products were invoiced or shipped
through Sirmosbebe through no fault of your own.

3. In case you receive defective products.

In any case, you have the right to return the products you have purchased within 15 days from the day of delivery at the current prices of the items. ΤThe products must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and returned unharmed, in excellent condition, without damage and their packaging must be in the same condition as the one received. In case the products are accompanied by marketing material or any other promotional material, this material must be returned intact and in excellent condition. Sirmosbebe will not accept returned products that do not meet the above conditions. To change products you have purchased you should contact us.

Your order can be canceled in the following cases:

1. Before the order is completed: during the electronic ordering process you can press the X button located in your shopping cart.

2. After the completion and registration of your order: In case for any reason you want to cancel your order after its registration in the store and its payment, please contact us.
