At Sirmosbebe we have an agreement with the largest banking organization in Greece,   Alpha Bank, for the use of their systems, thus maintaining the highest possible level of security. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Alpha  e-Commerce” and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

 All transactions on this site are made in Euros.

The prices in other currencies are only indicative and in order to find out the exact exchange rate you should contact the organization whose card you will use.

Order cancellation

Your order can be canceled in the following cases:

1. Before the order is completed: during the online ordering process you can press the button Χ  located in your shopping cart.

2. After completing and registering your order: In case for any reason you want to cancel your order after registering it in the store and paying for it, please contact us.

• The Right of Withdrawal. Every consumer has the right to change his mind about a remote purchase. Withdrawal applies to transactions in all EU countries, which take place via the Internet, e-mail, fax, telephone and out-of-store transactions.

Specifically, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product to its original state, without stating the reasons. 
For its part, the online store must reimburse the money paid for the purchase of the product including the initial shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was notified of the withdrawal.
